Field development - Exploration and production Under the model clauses applicable to a seaward production licence, licensees require the NSTA’s consent to erect or carry out permanent works for the purpose of getting or conveying petroleum from a licensed area. View more
Licence assignments and relinquishments A company that is party to a licence may wish to sell its interest, or a part of it, to another company. It requires the NSTA ’s prior consent to do so. View more
Reporting requirements The licensee must provide the NSTA with any information that they may ask for and the NSTA require copies of data acquired. View more
