Reporting and disclosure of Information and Samples Guidance - 2021

This guidance is intended to aid understanding of what specific Information and Samples must be reported, where (or to whom) they must be reported, the timescales allowed for reporting and the “form and manner” in which the Information and Samples must be reported and how, if applicable, the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) will disclose the Information and Samples.

This edition of the guidance replaces that published in February 2019. It contains various clarifications, updated links and e-mail addresses and, more significantly, revised form and manner requirements for certain data types reported to the National Data Repository (NDR) and directly to the OGA.
