Summary of responses to the OGA’s consultation on “satisfactory expected commercial return” safeguard (SECR)
On 22 August 2018, the OGA published the summary of responses to the consultation on SECR, and new guidance which sets out the approach the OGA will usually take in assessing whether a project achieves a SECR.
The consultation response lists the organisations that responded to the consultation, summarises the responses received and sets out the OGA's response.
