Finalists for the 2017 MER UK Awards have been selected.
The winners will be announced at Oil & Gas UK’s annual awards ceremony at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre on Thursday 2 November. These awards are presented to companies/individuals whose cooperative approach and positive behaviours have help maximise the economic recovery of oil and gas from the UKCS.
OGA Chief Executive Andy Samuel said: "I was delighted with the high quality and diversity of the entries. This made selecting the finalists difficult for the judging panel. It is extremely encouraging to see so many sectors of the industry collaborating in innovative ways towards our mutual goal of maximising economic recovery. I look forward announcing the winners and celebrating the great work of all the finalists at the awards ceremony."
The finalists are:
- Bruce Field – BP collaboration with Baker Hughes, a GE company
- Commercial Behaviours Workgroup
- Accelerating Technology -Total/OGTC AI Solution Centre members
- Callater Field - Apache
