Working Hours and Flexible Working:
Wellbeing
Here at the NSTA, we are committed to creating an environment that enables our staff to prioritise their wellbeing and take care of themselves. Our aim is to provide resources, support and time for all NSTA staff to be able to effectively deliver for the industry whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Flexible Working: the NSTA fosters a culture of flexible working including flexible working hours, part-time working, flexi time scheme and compressed hours. Our policies help support you to organise your time in a way that supports you, your colleagues, deliver for industry and projects you’re working on.
Hybrid Working: You’ll spend a minimum of 40% of your time in your assigned office, collaborating with colleagues and delivering for industry. In line with the needs of your team and your deliverables, you’ll have the flexibility to decide which days to divide your time between home and office. You’ll enjoy our modern, sustainable, tech-enabled spaces, with our offices being a place you can socialise, collaborate, and learn from colleagues.
Annual Leave: Enjoy an enhanced leave allowance of 25 days annually, increasing to 30 days plus 4 flexible bank holidays and 4 fixed. You also have the flexibility to either “buy” or “sell” up to five days annual leave per year, should you so wish.
Support for working parents & carers: Working parents bring huge value to the NSTA and we want to ensure that they are supported at every stage and feel confident balancing their work and home lives. Likewise, our loved ones are living longer with illness or disability, and more and more of us are looking after them. The NSTA appreciates that caring is such an important part of life.
